Hello! Thanks For Visiting the Web site for Solano County (California) Coin Clubs!

This is a joint site for the four active local coin clubs and organizations based in Solano County. We are glad that you are visiting our site and hope this might inspire you to attend one of our future meetings and events. Alphabetically, we are the Fairfield Coin Club, of Fairfield, California, the Northern California Numismatic Association (NCNA), which has its base in Vallejo, California but is a regional organization encompassing the entire Northern California environs, the Solano Silver Round Club, also based in Fairfield, California but with membership from across our entire nation, and the Vallejo Numismatic Society, commonly called the Vallejo Coin Club, also based in Vallejo, California. All are active and offer many opportunities to enhance, to educate, to excite, and to enjoy one's coin hobby.

Numismatics, the proper name for coin collecting, is a universal hobby, one for families as much as individuals. Today, the coin hobby is called the “world of money,” and the aforementioned groups offer activities and events to enthrall with has been called “the hobby of kings and the king of hobbies.”

Many of our members are involved and attend meetings events of all Solano County's coin groups. Two clubs, Fairfield and Vallejo, hold annual joint socials, and three have coin shows. NCNA works to improve the coin hobby throughout Northern California. The Solano Silver Round Club is a specialty group devoted to silver enthusiasts.
