Registration for this all day event begins at 9AM with presentations beginning at 10AM;

the afternoon program begins at 2PM. 

This is a “FREE” event and there will be free door prizes  

and all interested collectors are welcome to attend.

Warmly Welcome You To Enjoy Their Annual Joint Christmas Party

Reservations Are A Must! Priority is given to members of both groups and their immediate family as well as fellow coin hobbyists. Early reservations are recommended. The charge is TBA. This charge is nonrefundable, except in cases of dire emergency.

Note: All Cancellations Must Be Through ‘Doctor’ Lloyd G. Chan! Registration Deadline Is November 30, 2018 To Guarantee A Seat; Thereafter, Seating Is Space Available.

 Each member and adult guest attending are requested to provide a donation of at least one item valued at $10.00 or more----nothing used or secondhand----toward the Door Prizes: for example, wine, seasonal treats, books, coins and coin sets, and hobby supplies. Drawing for Door Prizes is restricted to those who donated at least one item.

The complete and ample buffet dinner will be catered byTBA, and no potluck dishes are required. Soft drinks will be provided.

 The famous Mega-Drawing will include (TBA) value in prizes, and the Door Prizes Drawing shall include Silver Eagles (quantity TBA). The well-known Goodie-Bags are limited to the one hundred (100) who register and attend. Donations to the Goodie-Bags are asked; pens, candy, treats, pocket calendars, woods, foreign coins, et cetera (in increments of a hundred (100)) are all welcomed. Please pass these to Michael S. Turrini before or by December 4, 2017.
